SimAdult (“SimAdult,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you use the SimAdult mobile application (the “App”), how we use that information, and the choices you have regarding your information.
1. Information We Collect
Game Players
SimAdult does not require individual players to create an account or provide personal information.
We do not collect or store personal information that identifies individual players. Information generated through gameplay, such as responses, scores, rankings, or game results, is not associated with a player's name, email address, or other personal identifier.
Game Hosts
When someone hosts a game using SimAdult, we collect:
• The host's name; and
• The host's email address.
We collect this information so that we can provide the hosting functionality and communicate with the game host about their use of SimAdult.
Anonymous Gameplay Analytics
We collect anonymous information about how SimAdult is used in order to understand gameplay, improve the experience, and develop the App.
This information may include things such as game activity, features used, game progress, and aggregate game results. This analytics information is not associated with a player's name, email address, or other information that identifies a specific person.
Crash Reports and Diagnostics
SimAdult collects crash reports and related diagnostic information to help us identify technical problems, maintain the App, and improve its performance and reliability.
Crash reports may include technical information about the device and App environment, such as device type, operating system, App version, and information about the circumstances of a crash.
We use this information for technical and product-improvement purposes and do not use crash reports to identify individual players.

• Enable users to host and participate in games;
• Communicate with game hosts;
• Understand how people use the App;
• Improve gameplay and develop new features;

We do not sell personal information.
3. Game Information
SimAdult is designed to allow people to participate in games without providing personal information.
Game responses, scores, rankings, and other gameplay information may be collected or temporarily processed as necessary to provide the game experience and generate anonymous analytics.
Gameplay information is not used to create individual player profiles or to identify individual players.
4. Sharing of Information
We may use third-party service providers to help us operate SimAdult. These providers may process information on our behalf for purposes such as:

• Providing crash reporting and diagnostics;

5. Advertising and Tracking
SimAdult does not sell personal information or use personal information for targeted advertising.
The App does not track individual players across other apps or websites for advertising or marketing purposes.
6. Children's Privacy
SimAdult is intended for general audiences and does not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Individual players are not required to provide personal information to participate in a game. Game hosts may provide a name and email address when hosting a game.
If you believe that a child has provided personal information to us, please contact us using the information below so that we can take appropriate action.
7. Data Retention
We retain game host name and email information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, including providing the service, communicating with hosts, providing support, and maintaining appropriate business and legal records.
Anonymous gameplay analytics and crash reports may be retained as reasonably necessary to understand use of the App, improve gameplay, diagnose technical problems, and maintain and improve SimAdult.
Because anonymous analytics and crash reports are not associated with individual players, they cannot be used by us to identify a specific player.
8. Deleting Your Information
A game host may request deletion of their personal information by contacting us at:

We will take reasonable steps to delete the host's personal information, subject to information we are required or permitted to retain by law.
Because individual players do not create accounts or provide personal information, there is generally no personal player account or personal player information for us to delete.
Anonymous analytics and crash reports are not associated with individual players and therefore cannot generally be attributed to or deleted on a person-specific basis.
9. Your Privacy Choices
Depending on where you live, you may have rights regarding your personal information, including the right to:
• Request access to personal information we hold about you;
• Request correction of inaccurate information;
• Request deletion of your personal information;
• Request information about how your personal information is used or shared; and
